We investigated a refinance in 2019, but the numbers never made sense with the breakeven point. The Clear Mortgage LLC team’s previous advisement around a refi empowered us to make the right decision at the time (keep our current loan and wait for a better opportunity). I’m thankful we were able to have close and quick communication – we closed 16 days after our initial communication (and it could have been a couple of days sooner if our schedule would have allowed)!!
